My partner Shane and I worked with Susan for about ten months refining our building plans during a very challenging time for the building industry. Our experience with Susan was excellent. She kept her sunny disposition the entire time, and there was not one single instance where we couldn't get a hold of her or she didn't respond to a query in a prompt and friendly manner. We knew the status of every stage we were at in the design process, not because of a tech hub but because of Susan's exceptional customer service. Susan took the time to educate us on the building process so we understood what was going on from a broader perspective and made great recommendations on how we could get the best build for our budget. 

In a complicated, long-term & expensive process such as building a house, it's essential to have a trusted representative. Susan was this person for us, and we wouldn't hesitate to work with her in the future.
