That’s where Altivo Designs comes in. Instead of spending every weekend researching colours and materials, we’ll help you complete your selections in two days. Once finalised, we’ll compile everything into a comprehensive schedule, ready for you to hand over to your builder.

How it works

PRE-START WILL BE HELD IN 2 PARTS:

Part 1: Our Subiaco Studio

Step into our inspiring studio, located in the heart of Subiaco.
We’ll guide you through:

  • External finishes – roofing, cladding, fascia, gutters, and downpipes.

  • Internal fittings and fixtures – tapware, toilets, vanities, basins, and door handles.

  • Cabinetry details – kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and wardrobes.

  • Lighting and electrical plans – ensuring your home is both has enough power points and future lighting.

  • Flooring selections – timber flooring and carpet.

  • Whole-house painting schedule – creating a cohesive colour palette.

Part 2: Supplier Visits

To finalise details, we’ll accompany you to selected suppliers for hands-on decision-making.

Visits may include:

  • Bath and tapware selection

  • Flooring selection

  • Appliance selection

  • Tile store selection

That said, we’ll consider single-day sessions on a case-by-case basis to accommodate your needs.

  • If we have time during our session and you already have specific pieces in mind but just need a second opinion, absolutely! Share your photos with us, and we’ll let you know if they work with your overall design. Additionally, we offer furniture and styling packages to help you create a beautifully cohesive home.
