An architectural home can often feel sterile unless you find a creative architect who loves working on the details.

Architects will focus on the built form, the shell of the house.

A Builder project manages and works off plans, so they won’t always understand how to create that “feeling” for your home.

At Altivo Designs, we get to know you first before we create your dream space. If your renovation or extension requires planning approval, we work with our in-house drafting team to create working drawings and liaise directly with the council on your behalf. We will also find you a suitable builder to make it happen.

If you plan on building a new home, we highly recommend you work with a building designer or architect, but remember to bring in an interior designer as early as possible so that we can work with them throughout the design process. Interior design is not just about fluffing cushions and choosing colours. We’ll save you money and time, help you problem solve, liaise with your builder, architect and trades, provide professional advice, and give your home that WOW factor it deserves.
